Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Corporate F&B Director to lead the food and beverage strategy across our Inclusive Collection. The role requires coordinating with Procurement, Design Services, Openings & Conversions, Quality, and HR teams to ensure profitability, brand consistency, and exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in food and beverage within hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurant groups.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate positions (Director of F&B, Corporate F&B Head, Regional F&B Director, or similar).
• Proven experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, and kitchen development and operations.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and execute the F&B strategy across Hyatt Inclusive Collection portfolio of resorts.
• Define and implement the regional F&B strategy in alignment with global direction and brand standards.
• Oversee daily F&B performance across multiple properties, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets.
• Collaborate on restaurant, bar, and banquet concept creation and positioning to elevate guest experiences.
