SC Johnson is hiring Regional Engineers to join a fast‑paced, highly technical group that delivers capital projects and manufacturing improvements across LATAM. Expect cross-regional collaboration across SCJ sites and external manufacturers, with a focus on robust execution plans for capacity, equipment design, and resource sufficiency to enable fast, informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Engineering resource for New Initiatives, Capacity, and Manufacturing Capability projects that typically span across the region.
• Influence Design for Manufacturing and shape project scope to deliver holistic project intent at any target production sites, including use of modelling and simulation.
• Provide early feasibility studies for engineering projects to be executed in internal SCJ sites or EM’s across the region.
• Support project execution including success criteria development, and join design / technical readiness reviews to ensure robust approach – following the Engineering Work Process as appropriate.
• Represent LATAM Eng in Tech Reviews, RAP Meetings, and other routines that involve the whole region.
• Provide insights on long term, post qualification sustainable operations – including identifying opportunity areas for continuous improvement such as obsolescence and line OEE.
• Contribute to improving the SCJ Engineering toolbox and skill development across the Global Engineering community.
