Eaton's ES AMER ARS division in Juarez, MX, is seeking a Program Manager I to lead engineering R&D, OpEx, and continuous improvement projects.

You will manage project planning, execution, change control, risk mitigation, and PROLaunch processes, collaborating across functions.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in programs; PMP preferred; working in a diverse, global team is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; field can be engineering, business, or related.
• 3+ years leading programs/projects in engineering or manufacturing.
• PMP certification preferred; knowledge of PROLaunch/NPI processes helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Owns project scope and ensures delivery within schedule, cost, and quality.
• Sets objectives and guides teams on customer needs and risk.
• Leads PROLaunch during development phases and reports status at gates.
• Ensures standard PM processes and PM reviews; publishes metrics.
• Collaborates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Support, and Supply Chain.
• Plans, controls, and integrates projects to meet goals.
• Manages capital budgets and tracks costs vs. budget.
• Develops communications plan and provides regular leadership updates.
• Assesses project impact on business and portfolio.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Drives PROLaunch tools to improve PM performance.
• Stays current on PM advances and acts as change agent.
• Leads PROLaunch self-assessments and action plans.
• Champions ProLaunch and participates in OpA assessments.
• Engages in annual planning like road mapping and profit planning.
• Supports PMO training and tests new tools.
