Job summary

Franke LLC in Mexico is seeking a Refrigeration Value Stream Leader to support the Production Manager in coordinating manufacturing activities within the refrigeration area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.

You will lead daily production, monitor KPIs, drive improvements, coach supervisors, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, CI, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with production planning, quality systems, and performance management.
• Leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the refrigeration production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Support Production Manager in executing production plans and KPIs.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and HR.
• Develop and coach supervisors and employees to build a high-performance culture.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Support problem-solving and root cause analysis for quality and production issues.
• Promote engagement, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the value stream.
