Smartly is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our global recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving processes.

You will coordinate interview scheduling across time zones, maintain candidate data in Greenhouse, assist recruiters, and ensure records are accurate.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a global business environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across different regions and time zones
• Interest in recruiting operations, systems, and process improvement

Responsabilidades

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their skills within Recruiting Operations.
