Smartly is seeking a Recruiting Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our global recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop in Recruiting Operations.

You will coordinate interview scheduling across time zones, maintain data in Greenhouse, and assist recruiters throughout the interview process while ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or related role.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a global business environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across regions and time zones.
• Interest in recruiting operations, systems, and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interview scheduling across global teams and time zones.
• Maintain candidate and interview data in Greenhouse.
• Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the interview process.
• Ensure recruiting records and candidate information are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor scheduling requests and help ensure service-level expectations are met.
• Support recruiting reporting, documentation, and other operational projects.
• Identify opportunities to make recruiting processes more efficient.
• Deliver a positive and consistent experience for candidates and interviewers.
