Alorica is seeking a recruitment leader to drive high-volume hiring for call center roles in León, on-site. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding to meet staffing goals.

We value advanced English, 1+ year of managing direct reports, and strong sourcing, analytical, and communication skills. Willingness to relocate to León Guanajuato is required.

Formación

• High-volume recruiting experience in call center or similar setting.
• At least 1 year managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• On-site in León with flexible scheduling.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to hire hundreds quickly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center roles and CSRs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, career centers, and workforce orgs.
• Implement employer branding to strengthen local presence.
• Use data to track performance, optimize speed and quality, ensure compliance.
• Train and mentor recruiters to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
