Alorica in León, Guanajuato, is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive high-volume hiring for our call center teams. You will partner with operations leaders to forecast staffing and align sourcing strategies with business goals.

The role requires advanced English, experience leading direct reports, and the ability to relocate to León. You will build employer branding, manage vendors, and use data to improve speed and quality of hires.

Formación

• Previous high-volume recruiting experience in a call center, customer service environment, or a similar setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in León and flexibility with scheduling requirements.
• Strong market knowledge, understanding of labor trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce availability.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and hire hundreds of candidates within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume call center positions, including customer service representatives.
• Leverage deep market intelligence to understand talent availability, competitor landscape, wage trends, and sourcing opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, career centers, and workforce development organizations.
• Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in local markets.
• Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring speed and quality.
• Ensure consistent compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Train and mentor recruiters to enhance sourcing capabilities and hiring efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
