SIG Group in Querétaro is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience to support our Manufacturing site in Colón (Airport Zone). You will lead end-to-end hiring and partner with Plant Leadership, Operations, Engineering, and HR to understand needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.

• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Flexibility to support recruitment activities across manufacturing plant and Business Services Center locations (Colón - Downtown Querétaro).
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Strong track record hiring talent from technicians to managerial level positions.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies for plant-based and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multinational organizations; manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering Talent Acquisition services from the Business Service Center to support our Manufacturing site in Colón, Querétaro (Airport Zone).
• Partner with Plant Leadership, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and other leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, assess, and hire across manufacturing, engineering, production, technical, and administrative positions, from technician to manager levels.
• Build robust talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles in manufacturing environments.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining quality, speed, and business partnership.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, SLA's, and talent availability to drive continuous improvement.

Proven experience (5+ years) attracting and hiring talent across manufacturing, engineering, and administrative functions, from technician to manager levels.

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Querétaro who are available to join the team in the short term.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Flexibility to support recruitment activities across both the manufacturing plant and the Business Services Center locations (Colón - Downtown Querétaro).
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Strong track record hiring talent ranging from skilled technicians and supervisors to professional and management-level positions.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies for plant-based and hard-to-fill technical roles, utilizing job boards, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive efficient recruitment processes.
• Experience working in multinational organizations; manufacturing or industrial environments are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

Additional Information

This is an Individual Contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience supporting manufacturing and industrial operations.
