Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruiting (3+ years).
• Remote recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Proficient with ATS and modern recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview technology candidates across software, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud roles.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive tech talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to capture technical requirements and culture fit.
• Build and nurture relationships with tech professionals through networking and engagement.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidates and data.
