Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors with a professional reception experience.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, routing accordingly.
• Support site security and visitor management per access procedures.
• Prepare and manage employee ID badges and provide general admin support.
• Provide administrative support for purchasing activities, including requisitions and invoices.
• Coordinate logistics for site meetings, events, and activities.
• Perform general administrative duties and maintain office records.
