Littelfuse seeks a Lean Engineer to implement Lean Manufacturing tools and lead Kaizen events, driving continuous improvement across (global) manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools through Kaizen events (VSM, 6S, Visual Management, Standardized Work, Kanban, TPM, SMED).
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training on improvement tools across the organization.
• Coordinate participation in continuous improvement via the LSGA System.

The Lean Engineer reports directly to the Lean Manager. The objective of this role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by implementing Lean Manufacturing tools across all company departments.

About the Job

• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools through Kaizen events, such as: VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Workplace Organization (6S), Visual Management, Standardized Work, Material Handling Systems (Kanban, POU, Heijunka), TPM, and SMED, among others.
• Foster continuous improvement throughout the organization, and participate in and lead Kaizen events.
• Foster continuous improvement throughout the organization through training in improvement tools.
• Coordinate and foster participation in continuous improvement among associates at various levels through the LSGA System.
