AIG is seeking a Real Estate and Workplace Services Team Lead to oversee daily operations across multiple offices and manage a broad portfolio of properties and services.

You will lead supplier relationships, ensure quality and budget compliance, and drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives while coordinating business continuity plans. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to optimize space and facilities management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management positions.
• Advanced English language level for meetings with other countries.
• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and macros.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the corporate real estate portfolio and provide associated workplace services.
• Real Estate Services: Ensure professional management of owned and leased properties and facilities, supporting health, safety, and ergonomics; manage projects and relocations; plan workspace utilization; oversee critical infrastructure.
• Controls: Plan and oversee budgets and related cost development; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Third-Party Management: Ensure compliance with governance; provide oversight on policies, tools, roles and risk assessments.
• Corporate Services: Manage services including audiovisual equipment, document management, records management, fleet management, mail distribution, reception, mobile telephony, etc.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Support HR in policies; deliver safety training; promote sustainability initiatives.
• Security Services: Ensure compliance with access control and CCTV standards.
• Business Continuity Services: Ensure compliance with global BCP, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management requirements.
