The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the virtual sales team, ensuring that all closers meet their KPIs and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in sales psychology, coaching, and team development. The Sales Manager will provide hands-on guidance, conduct live call reviews, lead daily sales training, and enforce accountability measures to maintain high-performance standards. They must also oversee contract volume by marketing source and manage individual and team incentives.
The ideal candidate will have a flawless English accent, 2+ years of experience in sales management, and a proven track record of leading a team of at least five salespeople. They will play a crucial role in scaling Yellow Card Properties’ acquisitions team and maintaining a high-energy, results-driven culture.

- Ensure the sales team meets the closed revenue goal of 1.3m closed between Jan 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025.
- Increase lead-to-contract conversion on direct mail from 1/26 calls is a contract to 1/18 calls is a contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Ensure sales team hits all KPIs, including conversion rates, deal volume, and projected profit goals.
- Host weekly 1-on-1s with each member of the sales team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Lead daily sales training (Monday–Friday) to keep the sales team sharp.
- Actively listen to closer and FUS calls, providing real-time coaching and call breakdowns.
- Manage follow-ups with leads who have received offers, ensuring no deal is left behind.
- Jump in live on difficult calls, helping to close high-stakes deals when necessary.
- Ensure the team hits bi-annual team goals, with performance bonuses tied to goal achievement.
- Monitor and oversee daily sales KPIs, ensuring closers stay on track.
- Align contracts with marketing channel expectations, ensuring efficient lead-to-close ratios.
- Manage individual bonuses and incentives, rewarding top performers.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales talent.
- Identify performance gaps, creating improvement plans for underperforming team members.
- Hold the sales team accountable to minimum expectations.
- Oversee performance terminations, ensuring only top performers remain on the team.
- Conduct final interviews of potential sales hires.
- Master and enforce sales psychology and strategy.
- Keep the Kajabi course updated.
- Help refine and improve sales processes and psychology.
- Vet all candidates through Culture Index.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales management, overseeing at least 5 sales reps.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive team performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a flawless English accent.
- Deep understanding of sales psychology, negotiation tactics, and lead conversion strategies.
Pay: Starting at $70,000 per year
