Qualifications

• 3+ years of stakeholder management experience in real estate.
• 3+ years of transaction and asset management coordination in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate transaction team in managing deal flow, processing, and administration.
• Track critical lease dates across the Mexico portfolio and manage renewal options.
• Coordinate due diligence, financial analysis, and internal approvals for renewals and expansions.
• Monitor landlord compliance with lease obligations, including improvements.
• Assist portfolio optimization and continuity planning during lease transitions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver successful projects.
