Job summary

Flix is seeking a Real Estate Locator for the Mexico region to drive expansion through market identification, land acquisition, and contract management. You will work with owners, developers, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and compliance across multiple sites.

Applicants should have 4+ years in corporate real estate, strong knowledge of land documentation, and English fluency. Travel is required as part of regional duties, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, with site selection and land negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of land documentation and legal processes (deeds, leases, taxes).
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy.
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and closing of contracts for new land or commercial space.
• Oversee validation of legal documentation and strategies for property accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams to finalize contracts.
• Administer and monitor multiple infrastructure and access projects (10+) with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with Business Partners, Operations, and city officials to address permitting issues.
• Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with accuracy and legal alignment.
