Prologis seeks a Real Estate & Customer Experience Coordinator in Mexico City to join the Customer Experience Team. You will support Property Managers, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with customer requests and payments to ensure top-tier service for a diverse client base including major e-commerce and warehouse operators.

The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in administrative role, customer service, real estate or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal/external customers.
• Bachelor-level degree in Administration, accounting or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Positive, proactive work ethic with discretion and good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Support a team of Property Managers and Maintenance Technician with operational and communications tasks.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Construction, Customer Account, Essentials, Solar, En-ergy, and other internal teams.
• Assist RECX Managers with customer repair requests and coordinate with vendors; monitor tickets.
• Assist Customer Account team with payment collections and AR reporting.
• Process vendor and customer payments; ensure coding accuracy for approvals.
• Prepare customer-related paperwork such as contact lists and annual schedules.
• Distribute work notifications to customers and assist with DocuSign contracts.
• Handle incoming calls and maintain various records (meters, lockboxes, codes, contacts).
• Participate in special projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
