Carrier in Mexico is seeking a Scheduler Planning RC to develop and release the short‑term RC production schedule aligned with the manufacturing plan. You will guide Supply Chain support teams and collaborate across procurement, production, and logistics to keep operations flowing smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience in production planning, SAP MRP/MPS, and strong English communication. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred for this position in the Monterrey

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with technical/operational knowledge.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of MRP/MPS (SAP).
3 to 5 years of Production Planning experience.
Understanding of scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

Responsabilidades

Build daily RC production schedule to minimize disruptions across material supply, tooling, and assembly.
Manage order entry, backlog, and the production plan.
Monitor and act to prevent production volume impacts due to shortages or constraints.
Adjust the schedule based on material constraints, maintenance, and customer requirements.
Release the daily schedule to Production, Line Supply, Material Expediting, and Logistics teams, with clear sequencing information.
Ensure customer requirements are met on time per the production plan.
