Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Raw Material Planner in Querétaro to manage weekly material planning and ensure availability to meet customer demands. You will analyze supplier forecasts, review critical components, and communicate issues across Production Control and other teams while upholding Autoliv Standards.

The role requires a degreed background in Business or Industrial Engineering, 2+ years in automotive supply chain, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience in supply chain planning and inventory management.
• Project management experience.
• Negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with JDE (CPLAN).

Responsabilidades

• Perform weekly raw material planning through JDE.
• Ensure raw material availability to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.
• Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning, past due RANs, critical components, top high inventory items).
• Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
• Meet Autoliv Standards.
• Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
• Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns).
• Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
• Maintain effective communication with teams when critical components involve suppliers.

What you’ll do:

• Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.

What is required:
