Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Direct Material Purchasing Buyer in Querétaro to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management across all plants and product lines. You will ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality performance while supporting footprint development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and advanced English; experience across Purchasing, Standard Components, Raw Material Trends, Engineering, Quality, and Negotiation is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience in Purchasing, Standard Components, Raw Material Trends, Engineering, Quality, Negotiation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for the Direct Material Purchasing Buyer segment.
• Ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality performance.
• Support footprint development and cross-functional program execution.
• Manage supplier performance, negotiations, and commercial alignment.
• Coordinate with plants, engineering, quality, and SCM for program needs.
• Drive sourcing decisions, mitigation actions, and VEVA pipeline development.

Direct Material Purchasing Buyer

The position is responsible for leading the sourcing strategy, supplier management, and operational support for the harness segment across all plants and product lines. It ensures supply continuity, commercial competitiveness, quality performance, and the development of the regional footprint.
