BRP is seeking a candidate for a role focused on the implementation of new automation technologies at the Querétaro site. The ideal applicant will manage and develop automation projects, ensuring efficiency and integration of advanced control systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and technical proficiency in English, along with knowledge in PLC programming and continuous improvement tools.

Formación

Responsibilities

• Implementation and introduction of new technologies at the Querétaro site.
• Managing and developing new automation and control projects. Experience with MES systems, OEE and programming languages.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, introduction of new platforms, traceability systems, knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming, Keyence vision systems, SQL programming, Ignition programming, and SAP ERP management.

Technical Skills

• Siemens: TIA Portal, Sinumerik, Sinamics, Step 7, IPCs
• Allen Bradley: Studio 5000, FTView, CCW
• Robots: FANUC, ABB
• Ignition, SQL
• Proficiency in PLC languages (e.g., Ladder, Structured), HMI (Human‑Machine Interface) and SCADA configuration, Robots
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, sensors and actuators
• Use of measuring instruments, PID loops and process control
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus)
• Ability to diagnose, repair and optimize faults in automated systems
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
