Job summary

Alstom in Cancún, Mexico seeks a T&C Engineer/Technician to execute and complete T&C activities for rail signaling and telecom subsystems. You will ensure EHS compliance, follow project strategy and QCD targets, and support test execution on site with the project team.

The role requires a degree in engineering (electronics/embedded) and 1–2 years in T&C, plus hands-on IT tools and smart devices. You will communicate across shifts and with internal teams to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent; 1–2 years in T&C field.
• Railway industry scholarship or equivalent focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform T&C activities for railway signaling/telecom subsystems.
• Test trains per procedures and delivery schedule.
• Ensure EHS compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering leaders and other teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports.
