You will lead specialized activities, apply the latest technologies, and collaborate with R&D to deliver innovative solutions. A strong command of English and Spanish is required, with travel as needed. You will contribute to IP strategies, document designs and calculations, and ensure alignment with UL, CSA, NEMA, IEEE, and IEC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design, especially transformer design.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (UL, CSA, NEMA, IEEE, IEC).
• Experience using simulation software for transformer design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge in a specialized area by incorporating latest technologies and methodologies.
• Develop innovative approaches to solving complex engineering challenges and validate them.
• Document technical findings, designs, calculations, and project results for knowledge sharing and improvement.
• Contribute to IP generation and support IP strategy development for projects.
• Travel as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
