Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a Quote to Cash Coordinator to support the quote-to-order workflow, including CRM/CPQ, order management, licensing and entitlement tools. You will perform data entry in CRM and ERP systems and help manage licensing and quotes.

You will work with cross-functional teams, process high volumes during peak periods, and ensure accurate, timely data entry while upholding company policies and procedures.

• Must be able to work extended hours during high-volume peak periods (especially end of quarters)
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to handle high transactional volume, and repetitive administrative tasks

• Excellent customer service skills
• 1+ years applicable experience
• High School Diploma or a related field of study preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support to order processing or licensing activities
• Enter data in a variety of CRM and ERP systems
• Uphold company policies and procedures related to the quote-to-order workflow
• Manage issue intake processes to respond to internal (e.g., sales) and external (e.g., customer) requests related to quoting, order management, and licensing
• Operate license order fulfillment processes by following predefined procedures, using different licensing tools
• Handle assigned quoting, order management, and licensing related issues in a service management system
• Understand and follow policies, processes and procedures associated with assigned areas of responsibility
• Assist with issues and collaborate across peer organizations
• Review signed contracts and manage countersignatures (DocuSign skills, or fast learning skills required)
