Job summary

ABB busca un Technical Product Manager en Nogales, México. Rol orientado a brindar servicio y orientación al equipo de ventas y comercial, con soporte diario a ingeniería y coordinación de iniciativas entre departamentos.

El puesto forma parte de la línea de negocio ELSB Transformers y se desempeña desde Nogales con un enfoque en mejorar procesos y soluciones técnicas para clientes.

Qualifications

• Título en Ingeniería Electromecánica o Eléctrica.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en manufactura.
• Conocimientos de MS Office y gestión de información.
• Buena capacidad para manejar múltiples responsabilidades y organización.
• Orientación al detalle.
• Comunicación verbal/escrita en inglés.

Responsibilities

• Trabajar estrechamente con IT, Materiales, Producción y Calidad para apoyar iniciativas y tareas diarias.
• Coordinar con Servicio al Cliente para resolver incidencias de productos.
• Analizar y proponer productos que satisfagan requisitos del cliente.
• Proporcionar datos técnicos a Ventas y Equipos Comerciales cuando se requiera.
• Apoyar nuevos proyectos desde el equipo Comercial.
• Identificar productos con impacto potencial en ventas para futuros proyectos.
• Asesorar sobre selección de productos y colocación de pedidos.
• Generar reportes para Líder de Ingeniería y Gerente de Tecnología.

Your Role: Meet the Challenge

In this role, you will be responsible for giving service and orientation to sales and commercial team while provides support in daily basis to engineering department.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the the ELSB Transformers Business Line based in Nogales.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Work closely with IT, Materials, Production and Quality departments to support ongoing initiatives, new projects, and daily tasks.
• Coordination with Customer Service to assist in customer product troubleshooting.
• Analyze and provide possible products meeting customer requirements.
• Provide technical data to Sales and Commercial teams when required.
• Provide support to new projects from Commercial team.
• Identify and be aware about which products have or may have significant impacts on sales to be included on future projects.
• Give orientation in products selection and orders placement.
• Provide reports to Engineering Leader and Technology Manager.

Qualifications For The Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electromechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Microsoft Office management.
• Good at handling multiple responsibilities and staying organized.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient for verbal/written communication in English.
• Work in a team environment.
