Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in similar roles (Electrification/Electrical components knowledge is a plus).
Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication.
Ability to lead a group of blue-collar staff and develop issues via RCA, DMAIC, 8D methods.

Responsibilities

Resource allocation: organize and allocate resources to meet inspection targets.
Production scheduling and testing plan execution to match demand plan.
Identify equipment/facility improvements as needed.
Ensure testing execution and on-time delivery for complex products.
Identify and implement testing process improvements for efficiency.
Coordinate resolution of critical line issues with internal teams.
Lead and develop subordinates with HR support and HR policies.
Ensure quality and safety compliance with HSE and Quality teams.
