Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles (Electrification/quality focus preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication; leadership of blue-collar teams.

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation and capacity planning for testing areas.
• Execute testing plans aligned with production demands.
• Identify equipment/facility improvements as needed.
• Ensure quality testing of equipment and conforming products.
• Drive improved testing efficiency and performance.
• Resolve critical line issues with internal teams.
• Lead and develop team members; comply with HR policies.
• Coordinate with quality and HSE to meet safety criteria.
