Yanfeng is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the quality system across processes and areas in Querétaro. You will ensure compliance with customer standards and drive continuous improvement in automotive quality.

You will lead internal audits, implement IATF requirements, monitor KPIs, and coordinate management reviews with cross-functional teams to close findings on time.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality system management; automotive preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the quality system to ensure compliance with customer standards in all processes and areas.
• Work in accordance with security and quality policies.
• Establish the audit program as indicated in the Internal Audit procedure and coordinate its follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with the Layered Process Audit program, report monthly results, and follow up on closure of findings.
• Implement IOS changes for each review and keep local documents updated.
• Manage the problem-solving methodology with multidisciplinary teams for audit findings.
• Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions from audit findings.
• Coordinate monthly management reviews, review Quality KPIs, and follow up plant KPIs until approval by the plant manager.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and lead external IATF audits and close non-conformities in IQS.

Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the quality system to ensure compliance with specific customer standards and requirements in all processes and areas.

• Work in accordance with the security and quality policies.


• Establish the audit program as indicated in the Internal Audit procedure and coordinate its follow-up.


• Monitor compliance with the Layered Process Audit program, report the results monthly, and follow up on the closure of the findings.


• Implement IOS changes for each review (this includes updating local documents affected by global and regional changes as applicable (global reviews are every 6 months) and keep local documents continuously updated).


• Manage the problem-solving methodology with the multidisciplinary team for audit findings.


• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented based on audit findings.


• Monitor and coordinate the monthly management review meeting, ensuring the review of Quality KPIs and the respective follow-up of all plant KPIs in the Balanced Score Card, MOR template, and OPIS system, until the approval process is completed on time by the plant manager.


• Coordinate, facilitate, and lead the correct execution of external IATF audits, as well as those applicable internally, and follow up on the closure of non-conformities in IQS.

Requirements

• Area of study: Bachelor’s degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar minimum 3 - 5years of experience in quality system management. Preferably, 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
