Garrett Advancing Motion is seeking a Quality Systems Auditor to maintain Quality Manuals and procedures, organize the internal audit framework, and report corrective actions. You will host 3rd party and customer audits, and guide other auditors and managers through standards like IATF16949 and CT-PAT.

The role requires experience in ISO14/45/50, APQP/PPAP, FMEA/MSA/SPC, and Six Sigma or Poka-Yoke knowledge. On-site in Mexicali, with strong CI mindset preferred.

Formación

• Experience performing quality systems audits and guiding auditors.
• Strong knowledge of IATF16949, VDA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC core tools.
• Experience managing ISO14/45/50, CT-PAT and OEA audits is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
• Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
• Host external quality system audits (3rd party and customer).
• Assist in training/guidance to other auditors and managerial positions.

Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business. Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system Conduct/experience in performing Quality systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors and Managerial positions as well; Host and plan external Quality System Audits (3rd party and customer) Experience in creating quality procedures manuals (quality system documentation), Also, Manages ISO14/45/50, CT-PAT and OEA internal audits programs to ensure compliance consistently.

Knowledge of automotive quality systems standards (IATF16949 and VDA) Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC (Core tools certification by AIAG) 2-3 years of experience (including IATF certification) Experience in CI techniques such as Six-sigma, Poka-Yoke (nice to have); EXPERIENCE MANAGING ISO14/45/50 and CT-PAT/OEA IS HIGHLY VALUED.
