Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. seeks a quality-focused professional to oversee production line quality and ensure adherence to specifications and standards. You will analyze failures, lead CAPA initiatives, and track issues in real time to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities include implementing process improvements using 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and SPC, collaborating with engineering and operations, and supporting audits. Bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years of experience required.

Formación

• Bachelor's-level engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and their application in manufacturing.
• Experience with CAPA processes and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and related quality standards.

Oversee quality in the production area to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.

Perform failure analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Address and track quality issues in real time on the production line.

Implement process improvements using quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SPC, etc.).

Interact with engineering, production, and quality to resolve problems and prevent their recurrence.

Monitor key quality metrics and generate executive reports.

Support internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

More than 4 years of experience in the sector

Solid knowledge of quality tools used in the sector

Analytical and quantitative approach to problem-solving

Knowledge of:

• FUNDAMENTAL TOOLS (PPAP, APQP), RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 5Whys, 8D, PDCA, IPCA610, Lean Manufacturing, IAT16949, FMEA.
