Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior quality leader to direct Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality functions at our site. You will mentor engineers, guide problem-solving and drive supplier improvements in quality, delivery, and lean initiatives. Strong GD&T, Six Sigma and AIAG toolkit experience are essential for success.

You will collaborate with inspection and manufacturing teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and report progress to the Site Quality Manager. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant teams.
• Drive supplier improvement in quality, delivery and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and related standards.
• Oversee Supplier PPAP approval and quality system development.
• Support RMAs, customer and supplier communications and reporting.
