Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in quality leadership, with strong English communication and advanced presentation skills for cross-functional work. Second shift duties apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Quality experience preferred and strong background in quality tools/training.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate large teams (>40 people) and lead shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inspectors of Quality and ensure compliance with the quality system.
• Define and implement the Quality strategy for the business unit.
• Lead multicell projects and provide operational support to departments.
