Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee inspectors and drive the quality strategy on the shop floor. You will coordinate resources, ensure adherence to specifications, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong English communication and a proven track record in root-cause analysis, training, and project leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3 years of related experience.
• PQL 102 / PQL 097 referenced in job notes; quality tools training preferred.
• Experience supervising quality inspectors and coordinating quality activities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise inspectors to ensure performance and quality.
• Lead improvement projects and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate resources to implement inspection programs per quality system.
• Report incidents and manage quality projects in the SBU.
• Develop training matrices and promote coaching for QC staff.
