Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks an experienced Quality Leader to supervise inspectors and define the Quality strategy for the Second Shift, ensuring proper coverage of activities and support to operation departments. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of experience, 4+ years in a leadership position supervising 40+ people, and advanced presentation and negotiation skills in English.

You will lead quality projects and coordinate resources across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years of experience to perform essential functions.
• Other PQL 102 . Other PQL 097 . Other Quality Tools training . Other Project Management . Other Yellow Belt preferred.
• Intermediate English level required; advanced experience in management presentations and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate personnel, tools and resources to assure correct inspection program implementation.
• Report incidents affecting the process.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for problem solutions.
• Manage quality projects in the SBU and develop action plans.
• Training matrices development and implementation.
• Promote coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors.
