Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee Inspectors of Quality and drive the quality strategy in the SBU. You will coordinate resources to ensure the inspection program aligns with quality standards and participate in root-cause analyses for continuous improvement.

The role requires frontline supervision, English proficiency, and strong presentation/negotiation skills to support multicell projects and operations. Second shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; 3 years of experience suffices for essential functions.
• Other PQL 102, Other PQL 097, Other Quality Tools training, Other Project Management, Other Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inspectors of Quality.
• Define and implement the Quality strategy at SBU level.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate personnel, tools and resources for inspection program.
• Report incidents affecting the process.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis for problem solutions.
• Manage quality projects in the SBU and develop action plans.
• Training matrices development and implementation.
• Promote coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide support to operation departments.

• Advanced experience in management team presentations and negotiations skills.
• Experience leading different areas/Departments.
