• Bachelor's degree in Admin./Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar quality/ops role.
• Experience in operations management and supply chain.

SummaryManages operational systems, inspection operations, and continuous improvement projects. Promotes a disciplined operational culture and develops improvement strategies to support business objectives. Works cross-functionally to plan, execute, and sustain business process improvements.Key Responsibilities and Main Activities:1.-Satisfied Customers. -• Liaison between Customers and the Plant, attends to customer visits and complaints, follows up on “Corrective Action Reports”, leads efforts to reduce defective parts per million (ppm’s) of products sent to customers.2.- IATF 16949 Management Representation• Maintain the Plant Quality Manual, liaison between the Registered Agency - Customers and the Plant, establishes management reviews of the quality system, leads the implementation of the necessary changes to the Quality Management System, thus continuously improving its effectiveness.3.- Quality Planning.• Coordinator of the implementation and monitoring of the advanced quality planning methodology in all its initial phases of manufacturing.4.- Inspection methods.• Determines the critical characteristics of the product and process, establishes the inspection and testing methods and the sampling plans to be applied from the receipt of raw materials, during the process and to the final product necessary to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.5.- Application of advanced statistics.• Instructs the personnel involved and establishes the statistical techniques necessary to reduce process variation.6.- Internal audits.• Coordinates the processes that allow obtaining evidence to determine compliance with the requirements of the quality management system and evaluate its compliance.7.- Quality management.• Establish, implement, maintain and update the processes that are necessary to determine the degrees of compliance with the quality management system established in the reference documentation.8.- Corrective actions.• Manages the actions to be taken to eliminate a cause of non-compliance detected.
