Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Admin./Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar quality/ops role.
• Experience in operations management and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the quality management system (QMS) to meet IATF 16949 requirements.
• Coordinate corrective actions and 8D problem solving with cross-functional teams.
• Lead internal audits and continual improvement projects to reduce defects.
