Lear For You in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate compliance with quality systems at the Torres Plant. The role involves overseeing audits, ensuring conformance to IATF16949, and reporting to the Regional Quality Manager.

Responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives, managing quality records, handling customer quality issues, and overseeing engineering changes and releases within the automotive sector.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics engineer degree.
• 3+ years as Quality Manager or similar in the automotive sector.
• English proficient.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with plant quality systems.
• Plan and coordinate the development of performance improvement strategies, systematic and preventive actions.
• Check that the design of quality systems complies with the IATF16949 quality standard, customer requirements, Lear, and SOX procedures.
• Prepare documentation of quality records.
• Document findings and close actions.
• Quality control activity management.
• Customer presentations for quality issues.
• Prepares and analyzes internal quality reports for management staff review.
• Management of engineering changes and customer complaints.
• Tracking new releases.

Job Description

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Quality Manager, based in Torres Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico(E-Systems Division). As a Quality Control Manager will have the opportunity to coordinate compliance with quality systems based on the quality standard by verifying the systems and executing follow-up audits. Reporting directly to the Regional Quality Manager.
