Stellantis in Mexico City is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to lead rapid triage, diagnose complex vehicle concerns across ICE, Hybrid, and BEV platforms, and identify root causes for durable fixes. You will validate repairs and coordinate with dealerships and engineering to close escalations quickly.

• Advanced diagnostic capability across ICE, Hybrid, and BEV systems.
• Strong triage discipline to quickly separate symptom, system, failure mode, and root cause.
• Proven root cause analysis and fault isolation for electrical, software, and drivability concerns.
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic software, scan tools, data logging, and repair validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical triage for vehicles with complex customer concerns.
• Diagnose propulsion, electrical, software, and communications issues.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using DTCs, logs, and network traces.
• Drive actions to reduce Vehicle Off Road duration and support buyback mitigation.
• Validate repairs, software updates, calibrations, parts replacement and post-repair performance.
• Collaborate with dealership, engineering, service, quality, and parts teams to close escalations.
• Document condition, fault isolation steps, root cause, corrective action, and validation in a technical format.
• Identify repeat repair and field trend patterns affecting Fixed Right First Repair performance.
