Job summary

SHV Holdings NV is seeking a Quality & HSE Officer based in Querétaro with primary remote support to Torreón and Tepatitlán warehouses. The role coordinates with local warehouse leads, reviews records, and escalates risks, while also coordinating Greenly Scope 3 data for the Civac plant.

The Quality Manager retains overall QMS accountability, and HSE remains within the designated HSE structure. The position emphasizes remote coordination, training, and on-site risk-based follow-ups to ensure GMP

Qualifications

Initial Quality and HSE gap assessment and implementation planning.
Maintain and improve Quality and HSE systems across warehouses.
Develop procedures, records, matrices in line with Nutrace, legislation and customer要求ments.

Responsibilities

Perform initial Quality and HSE gap assessment of the Torreón warehouse and coordinate the implementation plan.
Maintain and improve Quality and HSE systems at Tepatitlán warehouse.
Develop and maintain procedures, instructions, records, matrices and controls per standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate remote follow-up through meetings, evidence reviews and risk-based visits.
Provide Quality, feed/food safety and HSE training to warehouse personnel.
Verify GMP, storage practices and SADER/SENASICA requirements.
