Job summary

PQE Group invites a skilled HSE Specialist to join our Mexico City team. You will implement and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety & Environmental programs across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office environments.

The role requires 3–5 years of HSE experience in regulated settings, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive risk-based improvements. Collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE/EHS experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/medical devices).
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, inspections, and regulatory programs.
• Knowledge of chemical management, hazardous waste handling, and emergency response.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or laboratory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE policies and programs for compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and investigations with corrective actions.
• Support safety, chemical safety, environmental compliance, and emergency programs.
• Manage chemical inventories and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for hazardous materials.
• Coordinate HSE training, inductions, and emergency drills.
• Monitor HSE indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into operations.
