Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Experienced Professional to lead QA activities in Monterrey’s manufacturing environment. You will supervise quality inspectors, analyze data, and drive improvements in process capability and product quality.

The role requires a solid background in QMS, ISO 9001, and root-cause analysis, with strong communication in English. Join a global energy technology leader focused on safer, cleaner energy and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience supervising or leading quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, process capability, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• English reading and technical document comprehension required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.

• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
