Baker Hughes is seeking a Quality Experienced Professional - QA Engineering in Monterrey to lead daily quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations, supervise quality inspectors, and drive data-driven improvements in product quality and process capability.

You will support QMS implementation, participate in audits and customer requirements, perform root cause analyses, and mentor teams to strengthen ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; field experience accepted.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality.
  • Experience supervising or leading quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, process capability, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
  • English reading and technical document comprehension required.
  • Proficiency with quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead daily quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practices and effective execution of quality controls.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality performance through data analysis and key quality metrics.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Lead investigations related to nonconforming products, customer complaints, and internal quality issues.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Review and analyze quality data, inspection results, process capability studies, and statistical trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve process capability and reduce defects.
  • Support internal audits, external audits, and customer quality requirements.
  • Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead daily quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field where experience can be proven on the field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality.
  • Experience supervising or leading quality personnel in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, process capability, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.
