Baker Hughes Company in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Supervision to lead daily production activities, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

You will direct shop floor teams, enforce SOPs, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff while upholding HSE standards in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in similar positions with a technical background.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • Execute production schedules and ensure manufacturing orders are completed on time and according to plan.
  • Direct and support shop personnel to maintain production flow and address daily operational challenges.
  • Ensure designated teams follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor workforce performance, production output, and workflow efficiency throughout the shift.
  • Promote and enforce compliance with all Quality and HSE requirements.
  • Identify and elevate production constraints, equipment issues, material shortages, or process deviations impacting operations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
  • Conduct daily shift communications, staffing coordination, and performance discussions with production teams.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Also 5 years of proven experience in similar positions with technical background will be considered.
  • Experience leading manufacturing or production teams in an industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and schedule execution.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and HSE practices.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • English / Reading and understanding preferred.
