Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
• Experience with process audits and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with 8D, Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits to identify deviations and implement improvements.
• Lead corrective actions and root cause analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement actions to prevent recurrence.
• Apply 8D methodology to resolve recurring quality issues.
• Track quality metrics and report performance to management.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Review and update control plans and PFMEA based on processes.
• Coordinate with Quality Auditors on priorities and actions.
