Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support supplier quality, incoming inspection, NCR tracking and containment actions in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with engineers, procurement and production to drive root-cause analysis, 8D problem solving, APQP/PPAP readiness, and continuous improvement of inspection and quality processes across the supply chain.

Formación

• University degree with 1 year experience or 2-year degree with 6 years experience preferred.
• Experience in supplier quality, QA, incoming inspection or production support.
• Knowledge of NCRs, 8D, containment, root-cause analysis, APQP/PPAP.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, document, and escalate supplier quality issues in incoming inspection and production areas.
• Lead or assist containment actions for nonconforming materials to protect production continuity.
• Track NCRs and supplier corrective actions; follow-up until resolution.
• Drive root-cause analysis and 8D problem solving with suppliers.
• Support APQP, PPAP and ECN activities related to supplier quality readiness.
• Maintain quality records, status updates, and logs in required systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, procurement, production, and quality teams to resolve issues.
