Job summary

Jabil in Mexico is seeking a dedicated quality support professional to represent the QA function within manufacturing. You will develop QA plans and process routings reflecting actual activities, support quoting during design/launch, and evaluate inspection processes with clear guidelines.

You will lead training, manage documentation, review discrepancies, and drive corrective actions with suppliers and customers. A commitment to ISO, GMP, and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and two years related experience.
• Experience developing QA plans and process routings.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP documentation and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent the quality function of technical support within manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting activities.
• Support quoting activities during initial process design and implementation.
• Evaluate inspection processes and provide guidelines.
• Develop and deliver focused training sessions for applicable functions.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide trend analysis of defects and interface with suppliers/customers on quality issues.
• Support vendor survey activities and drive supplier process improvement.
