Jabil is seeking a Quality Engineering support professional to assist in manufacturing quality issues and drive corrective actions. The role involves statistical tools, audits, and ensuring compliance with customer specs and industry standards.

A high school diploma and basic training or experience are required. Responsibilities focus on supporting production with troubleshooting, conducting inspections, and contributing to APQP activities while adhering to safety regulations.

Formación

• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Quality Engineer in use of statistical tools in the workcell.
• Assist Quality Engineer with Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Support production with trouble-shooting and defect resolution.
• Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
• Perform first article inspection, review visual aids, and make updates to inspection visual aids.
• Perform defect analysis reporting.
• Perform line and product audits.
• Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Recommends modifications to existing ones, or suggests new rules, methods, and procedures.
• Audits, maintains and generates accurate records, records and quality reports.
• Ensures that documentation and procedures comply with customer specifications, industry standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Works with all quality control and manufacturing personnel to achieve regulatory compliance.
