This position will play a key role in problem-solving, product validation, and continuous improvement, supporting operations to achieve excellence in quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within automotive or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Core Tools (SPC, MSA, 8D, 5Why).
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Experience with measurement equipment (CMM, vision systems, gauges).
• Audit experience (internal and customer).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE).
• Intermediate to advanced English (technical reading, customer communication).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations.
• Support APQP activities and documentation for new product launches.
• Conduct PPAP submissions and maintain accurate control plans.
• Perform PFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and analyze SPC and MSA data, ensuring system reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving tools.
• Coordinate product and process audits (internal and external).
• Generate technical quality reports for management and customers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
• Train operators and engineers on quality standards and tools.
