A leading industrial machinery manufacturing company in Aguascalientes is looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, audits, and supporting production compliance. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance and fluent English. This is a full-time position for mid-senior level professionals.

Formación

• 1-2 years of previous experience in the same position.
• Knowledge in the quality system.

• Conduct audits and create audit finding reports.
• Manage suppliers' performance and conduct audits.

Ensure the maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance of the Quality Management System through effective execution of root cause analysis, corrective actions, internal audits, document control, and support to production and suppliers — to ensure product and process conformity, strengthen quality culture, and contribute to customer satisfaction and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process-related concerns.
• Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
• Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as &S, Kaizen, lean methods, etc.
• Develop training to build quality awareness.
• Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are by approved data.
• Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system & Customer.
• Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports, and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
• Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
• Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
• Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Manage suppliers’ performance and conduct audits. 15. Preparation of QA reports.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in the same position.
